Jake has twenty years experience in Human Resources, Training, Recruitment/Resourcing and Management within the ICT Industry.  After starting his career as CBT/eLearning developer for major systems implementation projects, he took up project management.  

Soon after arrival (2008) in New Zealand, Jake spends most of his career hiring and managing staff for major ICT solutions implementations and doing project management.  He builds an in depth experience of the resourcing challenges the ICT manager faces.  Similar to his colleagues he is often confronted with the inability of so-called 'ICT recruitment' agencies to grasp this complex field. He therefore becomes adept at troubleshooting staffing problems and creating innovating resourcing solutions.

After several years of recruiting, hiring and managing ICT resources, Jake is now taking his hands-on experience to the ICT resourcing industry. He brings the first truly ICT informed recruitment and resourcing solution to the market.
